ロイ・C（Roy C、本名：Roy Charles Hammond、1939年8月3日 - 2020年9月16日）はアメリカ合衆国のディープ・ソウルのシンガーソングライター。
1965年のヒット「Shotgun Wedding」（ショットガン・ウェディング）で知られる。
リチャード・ニクソン大統領の弾劾を題材とし、「ハニードリッパーズ」と共演した"Impeach the President"（大統領を弾劾せよ）はヒップホップで最もサンプリングされたドラム・サウンドのひとつとされる。
